Special Services for Band Directors

Sawday and Holmes is proud to offer unique services to our local band directors. We want to work with you and your students to ensure that everyone enjoys their musical education, whether on the giving or receiving end of it! The following is a short list of services we offer to band directors. Please contact us with any special requests. We would love to be of service!

Pick up and delivery of instruments to be repaired — Upon request, we will send one of our employees, maybe even Don Sawday himself, to your school to pick up instruments for repair. Please include a note for each instrument to be repaired. Jot down what seems to be the problem so we can fix it immediately. We once had a tuba that came with a note indicating that it sounded “stuffed up.” Lo and behold, we found a cute teddy bear stuffed in the bell. Stuffed up indeed!

Music Folders — We have a variety of Sawday and Holmes Music folders. If you would like some for your students, please contact us and we would be happy to deliver it to you!

Method Books — For a discounted price available to band directors, we have string and band method books (i.e. Essential Elements 2000, Standard of Excellence, and others).
