The Pacific Brass Ensemble

The Pacific Brass Ensemble is a professional brass ensemble in Southern California with an extremely diverse repertoire that includes classical, contemporary, and, their specialty, movie scores. This talented group has toured around California playing at many musical advocacy events and concerts. Often performing with the Pacific Brass Ensemble are such renowned soloists as Tim Morrison, Jim Self, Loren Marsteller, Boyd Hood, Jim Thompson, James Miller, Norm Pierson, Jim Thatcher, Bill Booth, Rob Frear, and Rick Todd.

Don Sawday is founder of the Pacific Brass Ensemble, and is the bass trombone and euphonium player in the group.
