Sawday and Holmes Music

Need Music Lessons?

Students and Teachers

We Have the Right Teacher for You!

We are proud to offer private music lessons from highly qualified teachers with the use of our in-store practice room facilities.

Benefits of Private Lessons

Private lessons are an excellent way to help your child excel with their instrument. While individual practice and family support are essential ingredients to your child's success in music, private instruction will help dramatically improve your child's musicianship. Private lessons allow one-on-one attention where a teacher can better address technique issues and inspire the student towards greater musical goals.

Benefits of Taking Lessons at Sawday and Holmes

Our teachers offer lessons for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or an hour. Taking lessons in the store gives the teacher and the student the ease and accessibility of having all lesson materials available. Furthermore, if the student is interested in purchasing a new instrument in the future, he or she can "test drive" instruments of interest during a lesson.
